Barbell Before Baby was born out of a desire to provide proactive education so that you can:

Understand changes the body goes through during pregnancy,

Successfully navigate those changes and move without fear, and

ADVOCATE for yourself so that you can receive the best care possible.

This program is designed to bemodifiable for those who have not yet been pregnant, who are currently pregnant, or who are postpartum.
