As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Athletic Trainer, and Strength and Conditioning Coach, I work with you to improve performance, achieve sustainable results, & decrease risk of injury, so you can live life confidently — & optimally!

I utilize a hybrid of in-person and virtual, synchronous and asynchronous support to guide you along your journey.
